Associate Membership Opportunities:
The Alaska Municipal League Associate Membership provides your business the opportunity to connect with more than 1,200 appointed and elected municipal officials across Alaska.
Through the unique connection between your company, Alaska's communities and AML you will save time and money while municipal leaders become familiar with your business. Your Associate Membership will allow you to stay on top of what is going on in the world of Alaska’s municipalities and provide you the networking opportunities to reach out and directly target potential customers during AML events.
What Do We Do?
The Alaska Municipal League (AML) is a voluntary, nonprofit, nonpartisan organization of cities, boroughs, and unified municipalities in Alaska that works to improve and assist local government. Over 140 municipalities are currently members of the League and benefit from its informational and advocacy services.
While the purpose of the League is to serve Alaska's municipalities, many businesses and professional groups have also found it advantageous to participate in the League as Associates. Associate membership allows an organization to receive League publications, to be more aware of issues that are of concern to municipal government, and to have more contact with municipal officials.
If your organization deals regularly with Alaska municipal governments, you should consider an Associate membership. Check over the benefits listed below, then fill out the online form. We look forward to working with you and helping you work with municipalities.
