Alaska Municipal League
The Alaska Municipal League (AML) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide building monitoring system (BMON) implementation services as part of projects funded by the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant program (81.128) and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Renew America’s Schools program (81.086). AML may choose to extend the scope of services to other programs as needed and contracted capacity allows.

Interested parties should submit their proposals electronically to Ren Scott (ren@akml.org) and Justin Schuster (Justin@akml.org) no later than March 31, 2026, at 5:00 pm AK Time. Late proposals or
amendments will be disqualified and not opened or accepted for evaluation. Please include “BMON Contractor RFP” in the subject line of your email.
