AML intends to update the publication yearly and would like to thank our partner, the Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC), whose guidebooks published for other states served as an inspiration.

When communities discuss infrastructure development and costs, it is easy to only think about the construction phase of a project. However, there are several phases a project goes through during its life cycle, and each phase has a cost. Here is a closer look at the project phases offered in the Alaska Drinking Water & Wastewater Funding and Resource Guide to help municipal and tribal officials, and utilities, find the funding program, agency, or organizational resources to promote and support project development.

WaterTA – Request Form
Utilities, Communities, Tribes & Pueblos can access assistance through multiple providers and WaterTA programs. Requests are processed through a collaborative effort by EPA offices and states and can be matched with a TA Provider.
